Welcome to Running With Quills, your online newsletter designed to keep you up to date with what your favorite authors (that would be us) are doing throughout the year. Here you will find the release dates of our new books and get information about our backlists. We'll preview our cover art here long before the books hit the stores and we'll keep you informed about works-in-progress and special projects. You'll also receive advance notice of signings and appearances. From time to time we'll give you a peek at our worlds, tell you what we're reading, and introduce you to some new authors.

Don't Hold Back

Cissy is about to put up a button linking everyone to a place where you can post your ideas for Quill blogs. Keep your eyes peeled, this will be available shortly. No idea too outrageous, but we do get to choose our favorites!

Cheers, Stella

Sounds like a great idea. I know I don't always think of things at the "right" time. I know that there are sometimes questions I come upon when I'm reading and I want to know how you came up with a certain idea or found out about a certain thing.

I know I had a few questions but I see that you don't have a communal e-mail address to which I could address them --at least if there is one, I haven't found it. Some of the questions I had, I would rather have addressed more discreetly but...

Jayne, will you tell us what this "dumb scene" in your present manuscript was and how you ultimately solved it, other than by having lunch with Kristin and interviewing her. Or would that be a "trade" secret?

The books all of you write seem to flow so effortlessly I can't even see any of you actually having problems. But then, as already noted, I'm not a writer, not even an aspiring one. So really, what do *I* know, eh. (grin)

"No idea too outrageous"? Stella, you're saying this to ME????

Have you any idea what you're letting yourself in for?

Ha! We musta overwhelmed you after Elizabeth made the mistake of asking the original question... "Do you have a topic/s you would like me or another Quill to blog on?"

Now you need to have a designated button! I'm just teasing. It's really nice that you all are thinking of us and are willing to put something special in your blog just for our curiousity questions :)

Hey, look on the bright side... many questions are better than no questions, right? Unless you're speaking of Talpianna's choice of topics...probably something about moles... hahaha
