  • Welcome to Running With Quills, your online newsletter designed to keep you up to date with what your favorite authors (that would be us) are doing throughout the year. Here you will find the release dates of our new books and get information about our backlists. We'll preview our cover art here long before the books hit the stores and we'll keep you informed about works-in-progress and special projects. You'll also receive advance notice of signings and appearances. From time to time we'll give you a peek at our worlds, tell you what we're reading, and introduce you to some new authors.

Remember how they always said there would be some of "those" days?

    I'm having one.

    Later, Elizabeth...

Well, doesn't that just suck? Hope it tremendously improves... in short order, too.

    Later backatcha, EL ;-)

Sending hugs---cause we can all use extra hugs on "those" days, EL.

I just had one of those days on Saturday. I had to have my eldest furbaby (he ws only 18 years old) put to sleep, then my mom ended up in the hospital.

((HUG)) to you Elizabeth, cause sometimes "those" days truly suck and a HUG can make it feel a little better.

I was gonna write something encouraging, then I thought about it and realized I haven’t been having ‘days’ like that, it’s been the whole year so far. All I can say is hang in there, it’s bound to get better.

Oh, yeah, it seems as if I've had too many of "those" days and nobody to give me a hug or care.

So here's a double hug from me. I've been sleeping almost the whole day (Wednesday since it's Thursday here.)

I had a doctor's appointment Tuesday and decided to combine it with some other necessary errands. I ended up having to pay for a taxi with no cash, which meant that technically I was late for the doctor's because I had to get cash back on my debit card from the pharmacy in the doctors' building. That was because I was awakened by two calls from those lousy phone pests/spammers. That got me all "muxed ip" and started off my day on a wonderful note.

I was okay after I got home 7 hours later but it always hits the next day. Hope things will be better for all of us tomorrow. Got zilch done today.

Sounds like there's a lot of life going around out there. Hang tough, friends. We're all in this together.

"Those days" can stretch into weeks. Yuck! Hope you're well over that now.
